About Me

I am a board-certified psychiatrist who is passionate about helping people live fuller lives.

I was born and raised in the United States. However, immediately after high school, I chose to attend Gian Sagar Medical College in India. I was determined to start my medical career and was excited to receive my education from a prominent institution on the other side of the world. It was quite an adventure!

During my medical training in India, I was exposed to various treatment methods from both the East and West, which allowed me to appreciate the benefits of integrating modern, conventional interventions with complementary alternative health practices.

After medical school, I completed my general psychiatry residency training at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA, and my addiction psychiatry fellowship training at UCLA in Los Angeles, CA.

I am a proud, LGBTQ-identifying physician, and I look forward to working with you!
